Excellent service, Reception 24 hours with highly professional and extremely welcoming staff. Check in was seamless. Our room was triple share as we were travelling with our son, it was very spacious, light and breezy and very comfortable. The breakfast staff were exceptional and remembered guests particular coffee order daily. The breakfast was delicious and for 8 Euro it is great value. It provided hot and cold foods which were always fresh and lovely. The hotel also has an offsite food menu which we used a couple of times which was beautiful food , no fuss and great value. The hotel also has a self service washing machine and dryer which I also used a couple of times. It was a great hotel , I was delightfully surprised. The property is outside of the city centre however we walked to Piazza Maggiore daily in 30 minutes. We. will be travelling to Bologna for the next 2 years regularly and this will be our go to Hotel without a doubt. It was absolutely lovely to stay here.

The room was very spacious, nicely decorated and clean. They had upgraded me to a double room instead of a single, that was very nice - a huge bed all to myself! I was there during winter, and the room was very warm and comfortable. The bathroom had all the amenities, was spacious and very clean. There is a big supermarket right next to the hotel where you can get food and whatever you need. It is also close to the bus station for the airport bus (line 944), which is extremely useful for people who need to go to the airport. I really appreciated that I was able to check in a little earlier because I arrived earlier than planned in Bologna. All in all, it was a great hotel!

The place is so well located, with excellent restaurants, supermarkets, farmacies, bus stops... within a block! It is the perfect base to know Bologna. The hotel staff is super friendly, helpful and very kind. They have a self service laundromat on premise, or you can have your laundry done for you if you prefer... bar, restaurant, even a nook to read or play some chess. The rooms are very modern, very comfortable... if I had known in advance both the hotel and the city were so nice, I would have planned more time there. Great experience!!! Super good value for money!!!

Even though we only stayed 1 night (being in transit to the south of Italy), the hotel was a very pleasant surprise for us. It was easy to get to the hotel, the man at the reception who greeted us was very kind, the check-in was very fast, he also gave us the necessary information and a map for a short visit to Bologna. The room was very well equipped (even robes and slippers) and very clean, we had some free snacks and water in the mini fridge in the room, even a small (very small) balcony to get some air. The breakfast was excellent, as well.

the front desk staff and breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful in every way. the breakfast buffet was delicious and the coffee great! There is an excellent supermarket very close by and some great local restaurants and a pizza bar. The bus stops are very close and it takes only 5 minutes to get a taxi. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and the room was spacious and light. we had a balcony with a lovely view across Bologna.

The boutique feel and decor of the hotel were very nice. Breakfast was always plentiful. I liked the option to launder or have your laundry serviced for you. I liked the proximity to grocery and small eateries. The staff was very pleasant.

This is fantastic hotel due to its location, only few minutes from city centre by bus and airport. Good secure parking & easy to find and no problem allowing us park while exploring the city for the day. The outside is a little tired but the interior and rooms are really good quality and all seem to be recently refurbished. The whole interior is immaculate and our room was perfect. Every member of staff that we meet were so polite and helpful and definitely go out of their way to make you welcome. We found this a perfect place for an overnight stay before we flew home as a family of 3.

Our room was great (we were on the first floor) - spacious, freshly renovated, the sheets were awesome - new, white & crunchy, the kettle worked perfectly, the shower was great with very good water pressure, the towels were new & white. We’ve had a great sleep in our room and it was really comfortable. Some hotel renovation works start 8am, but we were aware and fine with that.

+ Helpful staff - really big plus. + Very nice room. Clean, modern, spacious, nice view. Equipped with a TV and other amenities. + Free bike rental (deposit required) + Very good, free WiFi + Although we did not use it - there is a parking lot.

No frills place to stay for our first visit to Bologna. Conveniently located within a quick bus ride to the main spots in time made it a really easy place to set our base from. Breakfast was 8 EUR extra as we didn't pay for it in advance, and was also just about what you'd expect for that fee and gave us a good start to the day. The free parking next to the hotel was also a great perk, and the yeven have electric charger points for EV cars. All in all great value for money.
